Our partner Lifeline Children Services provides exceptional guidance and training for families exploring what being a foster family means, what it involves, and the next steps. Mentorship
Thousands of youth age out of foster care every year and into homelessness, human trafficking, imprisonment, and other challenges. They miss out on safe and stable relationships where they can be seen, known, and loved. We invest financially and strategically in our partner Connections Homes’ mentorship program, Don’t Go Alone, where hundreds of youth receive the opportunity to find a mentor. If you’re interested in being a mentor, Connections Homes provides the appropriate training to serve these young adults authentically.

Meeting immediate needs
Millions of vulnerable families are on the verge of being broken apart, many from preventable causes. For Others invests in innovative solutions like CarePortal in order to provide people with the ability to serve their neighbors in real-time. CarePortal uses advanced technology to connect community members with the needs of local children and families. Caseworkers uncover the needs, and CarePortal makes local churches and community members aware, giving them the opportunity to respond rapidly.

Hosting a back-to-school bash
Churches and organizations can help make a difference in the lives of children and families who are living right in your community and be a part of our mission by hosting a Back to School Bash, sponsored by Jockey Being Family Foundation. The event is geared towards foster and adoptive families with children 5-14 years of age. This is a chance to celebrate, educate, and empower families with a fun-filled and informative event as they prepare to head back to school for the upcoming year. Together, we can be a much-needed support network for foster and adoptive families across the country.
